Elvis is an international businessman with over 30 years commercial and business experience. A graduate of the University of Zimbabwe, he has worked in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) with Unilever for 17 years in both Zimbabwe and South Africa. This was followed by change to a career in telecommunications with Econet Wireless for 13 years at operations and executive management levels. He has worked in Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Lesotho and South Africa holding various C-suite posts such as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer before founding Medent Safety.
Media-Juliet is a nursing, occupational health and safety professional. She holds a diploma in nursing from Andrew Fleming Hospital (Parirenyatwa), an occupational health degree from Durban University of Technology (DUT) and an Honors degree in Health Studies from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
She has worked in general hospitals, company clinics in Zimbabwe and South Africa where she subsequently specialized and qualified in occupational health studies. She worked for NSSA (occupational division) and subsequently assisted in setting up the Diploma in Occupational Health at the University of Zimbabwe.
The was followed by a career with 3M Zimbabwe as a field sales and marketing executive serving manufacturing, mining, agriculture and other industries throughout Zimbabwe. She moved with 3M to work in South Africa in the same capacity before transferring to the pharmaceutical sector. The last 20 years have been spent in commercial occupational health and pharmaceutical supplies.

His roles have included client services, business development and key accounts management. He has international experience as a result of working in South Africa with Repucom Africa and Nielsen Sports – the largest market research company globally. He has also worked in the United States with Leadx3m, a business innovation consultancy firm. This has helped him expand knowledge of global markets and provided opportunities to develop valuable cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) in Law from the University of Pretoria (SA) and a Master of Science (MSc) in International Marketing from Hult International Business School (USA).
Based in Harare and responsible for the Northern Region, Blessward has nine years of experience as an Electrical Power Technician. He has worked in manufacturing, construction and service providing sectors. He has worked as a SHEQ Rep in the implementation of ISO 14001 (EMS), 18001 (OHSAS) and 9001(QMS).
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering and a National Diploma in Information Technology.
Based in Gweru and responsible for the Southern Region, Kanga has over ten years of experience as a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Management practitioner. He has worked in mining, construction and manufacturing sectors. He has also provided SHEQ consultancy services to several organisations and has worked with SHEQ legislation and ISO standards.
He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science Degree, ISO 14000 Lead Auditor Course, Safety and Health Advisor Training Course, BBS Training course, Fire Training and First Aid Training.
Responsible for the Matabeleland region, Joanne has over 5 years’ experience and is responsible for implementing growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Accounting and is currently studying towards her Postgraduate degree. She also holds training courses in tutoring that will aid in demonstrating health and safety educational workshops.
Godknows is an experienced executive with more than seven years working in the manufacturing, retail, and steel industries. He has a demonstrated history working in Working Capital Management, Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, end to end Supply Chain Administration, Budgeting and Risk Management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and is currently completing his MBA with the University of Zimbabwe (UZ).
Jonathan joined the organization in 2016 as a bookkeeper having worked in Micro finance, Security Services and Health Services sectors in various roles in the finance department. He is responsible for cashbook management, product costing, VAT compilation, finance data capturing and other finance duties. Jonathan holds an ACCA Diploma and Accounting certificates with Hexco & SAAA examining bodies.
Farirai is responsible for the handling of clerical tasks, providing assistance on assigned duties in accordance with particular office procedures and also attending to incoming calls, internal sales and other front desk operations. Farirai holds an Honors Degree in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education(PGDE) from Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU).
Peter has over 10 years experience in graphic design and multimedia in the creative world, with hands-on experience in handling creative designs. Skills gained in the creative industry have allowed Peter to identify opportunities in sales and marketing to build long-term mutual relationships with clients.
